Grace Nzula is an Experienced Human Resources practitioner specializing In Organization Learning & Development, Human
Resources Strategies, Tailored HR practices, Training, Compliance and industrial Relations. She has 12 years experience in repeated success implementing best practices and building successful HR Strategies and departments from the ground up. Passionate about training, empowerment and mentorship. Grace is passionate about entrepreneurship and believes in equipping the great risk takers of the world with information that can help them scale the heights! Grace Nzula is the Host of Get It Right with Atarah Solutions a webinar series that seeks to demystify issues in entrepreneurship and
employment. This takes place every Tuesday from 8pm to 9pm. Grace is the Founder and lead Consultant – Atarah Solutions Limited a Human Resource Consulting and training firm. She is also a Manager at Panesar Training Institute and Major Events Coordinator at IHRM. She is a Practicing member of IHRM and HR advisor in the Board of Several Private Companies. Grace loves being in HR and does not wish she had it any other way. She did an undergarduate in Journalism and media studies. She however attended several human resources trainings and is currently pursuing a Masters in Human Resources at Moi University.
One of the greatest challenges for Grace has been rigid clients. She however says that it requires one to understand the decision makers and package the information in a language that speaks to them. She is also a great champion of mental health and believes that rmote working is going to be with us for a long time.
