Jane Mutisya: HR Must Use Their Brains and Hearts To Have the Human Touch!
Jane Mutisya is the HR and Project Director for Career Management Centre Limited. She admits that being in HR has given her some sweet and sour moments. HR is interesting to Jane because it's one of those careers that you have to use your brain and your heart. She has her own definition of HR as 'heart and rational'. She insists that as a HR you have to be empathetic but still use your brain so that you don't operate like a robot.
