Jay boasts of experience working with HR consultancy firms, especially in career management. This background was instrumental in him starting out Jay CVs as a solo venture. Jay is a strong believer in companies adopting digitalisation trends and remote working. One of the key things for Jay is networking with fellow HR professionals. He admits that he never misses HR events because networking is very important.
