Mr. Mathangani Muya: HR is not finished, it is how HR works that is finished
Coach Mathangani Muya is the Founder and Director of Pristine Management Solutions. He is a king in this field of Human Resources. He has been in the game for more than 25 years and counting. Mr. Muya says that HR is not for the faint-hearted. He further explains that it is a question for balance: Do you get carried by emotions? Or do you actually do what is right in accordance with the policies? But more important with the code of conduct. He admits that sometimes HRs go home with a heavy heart because they too are human. Mr. Muya is a great believer that technology is transforming the HR space. He however does not subscribe to the saying that HR is finished, but rather that it is how HR works that is finished.
