Damaris is an Human Resource (HR) Management Professional with a bias in Learning and Development. She has over 11 years’ experience in Instructional design and implementation of Organizational Change and Learning Interventions across Africa and beyond. She is also an expert on Building High Performance Organizational Culture, Change Management and Building High Performance Teams. As a Resourceful Learning strategist, she has been selected to lead Culture Change Programs, Team Building and Productivity Improvement Trainings for many organizations in both Public, Private and Multinational sectors across Africa, including World Bank, African Development Bank, ICRAF, AGRA, Ford Foundation, IRC,
Nuclear Power and Energy Agency and many others.

Damaris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Economics & Mathematic) from Egerton University- Kenya; a Post Graduate Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the College of Human Resource Management (CHRM) Kenya. She is a full member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) Kenya and a Licensed HR Practitioner.
