How did we get here?
We are a Kenyan-based HRTech startup that offers an all-in-one cloud payroll and HR platform for businesses in Africa. Our platform provides businesses with a centralized location to manage their human capital operations, reducing the time and effort needed to manage these processes. The all-in-one cloud platform we offer includes features such as employee records management, payroll management, benefits administration, and real-time insights into HR and payroll data. The platform is accessible from anywhere, at any time, making it easy for businesses to manage their HR and payroll operations on the go. FaidiHR is also built with security in mind, ensuring that sensitive HR and payroll data is kept confidential and secure.
In less than a year since rebranding from Crew HR, FaidiHR has experienced significant growth, with our client portfolio more than doubling. We have also expanded our services to start serving clients in Uganda and Tanzania. Our success can be attributed to the commitment of our team and the innovative solutions we offer to our clients.
Before rebranding to FaidiHR, our company was known as Crew HR. This rebranding came after we received funding from US-based firm SprintX, which allowed us to further invest in our platform and grow our business.
